Services
Axiom Media provides executive video and written-content production and distribution services under the engagement tiers described on this site: the Foundation Sprint (one-time 14-day pilot), the Category Authority retainer, and the Enterprise Scale retainer.
Payment Terms
The Foundation Sprint is a one-time investment of $2,500. Category Authority and Enterprise Scale are billed monthly at the posted rates with no long-term contract — either party may discontinue the engagement on a month-to-month basis. If a Foundation Sprint client enrolls in a standard 3-month partnership, 100% of the $2,500 pilot fee is credited toward the ongoing monthly service, as stated in our Rollover Terms. Direct onboarding into Tier 2 or Tier 3 without a prior pilot remains strictly month-to-month.
Approval & Turnaround
Nothing is scheduled or published without your explicit sign-off inside your review portal. Requested revisions are completed within 24 hours until you approve. Full Approval & Turnaround Terms are available as a separate document linked in our footer.
Guarantees
Foundation Sprint clients are covered by the 100% First-Batch Guarantee described on this site: review your first 2 finished assets, and if you reject both, cancel immediately for a full refund. Category Authority and Enterprise Scale clients are covered by the 60-Day Results Promise, subject to the stated conditions (an active sales pipeline, a live booking link, and sign-off on weekly batches within 48 hours).
Intellectual Property
You own all recordings, videos, written pieces, and frameworks produced under your engagement, from the day they are created. If you discontinue the engagement, you keep everything already delivered.
Account Access
We will never request your personal passwords or two-factor authentication codes. Publishing is performed only through verified enterprise scheduling tools or native delegate access that you grant and may revoke at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Outside of the guarantees expressly stated on this site, Axiom Media's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
Governing Terms
